Product Delivery and Digital Content

Karakontis Management Ltd offers digital products, including Excel budget templates and HTML dashboard tools. These products are delivered instantly via electronic transmission following purchase confirmation. No physical delivery is provided. Upon purchase, you receive an immediate download link to access your purchased digital product.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), you have a right to withdraw from digital product purchases within 14 days. However, for digital content to be supplied immediately (as stated in Article 16(m) of the Directive), an exception applies: once you provide explicit consent for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon supply, the withdrawal right does not apply to digital products.

Before finalizing your purchase, you will be presented with a clear notice stating that you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and understand that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital product is supplied. By proceeding with the purchase, you agree to this condition.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (Euros) and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable under EU law. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store your payment information; all payment data is processed securely by our payment processor in accordance with industry standards and applicable data protection regulations.

Intellectual Property

All digital products sold by Karakontis Management Ltd are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or public disclosure of the digital products without express written permission is strictly prohibited. The product templates and tools remain the intellectual property of Karakontis Management Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

The digital products offered by Karakontis Management Ltd (including Excel budget templates and dashboard tools) are provided as-is and serve as tools for financial planning, analysis, and dashboard visualization. They are not intended to provide professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the products for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karakontis Management Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the digital products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the digital products in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not use the products to create competing offerings, reverse-engineer the underlying logic for commercial purposes, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Changes to Terms

Karakontis Management Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
